DRHBc Mass Table Collaboration

The DRHBc Mass Table Collaboration is a collaboration of Universities and Institutions from China and South Korea. The DRHBc Mass Table Collaboration wish to combine the strengths from a number of Universities and Institutions to accomplish the following:

  • To develop the DRHBc theory and extend it to provide a unified description of all even-even, odd-A, and odd-odd nuclei in the nuclear chart by overcoming all possible challenges.
  • To construct the first relativistic nuclear mass table with the deformation and continuum effects by the DRHBc theory.
  • To explore novel phenomena in nuclear physics by the DRHBc theory and various applications of the DRHBc mass table in nuclear astrophysics.
  • To promote and strengthen an active scientific collaboration in the fields of nuclear physics and nuclear astrophysics between the parties.
  • Our group becomes officially one of the members since August 22, 2022.

Chiral Effective Field Theory for Beta Decays (CBD) Collaboration

This project aims to develop a theoretical framework for investigating weak decays in medium-heavy deformed nuclei based on nuclear forces and weak decay operators derived from chiral effective field theory and utilizes renormalization group methods.

  • Integrate ab initio approaches with traditional nuclear structure models.
  • Compute nuclear matrix elements (NMEs) for key nuclear weak decays and quantify their uncertainties.
  • Provide theoretical support for the search of new physics at the nuclear energy scales and the understanding of element formation in the Universe.
